This week Javier Perianes returns to The Cleveland Orchestra, stepping-in at short notice to perform Ravel’s Piano Concerto in G major under the baton of François-Xavier Roth. There will be two concerts at Severance Hall on Thursday 28 February and Saturday 2 March.

Perianes returns to the US later in the season to play Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 5 “Emperor” with the Los Angeles Philharmonic and Gustavo Dudamel at Walt Disney Concert Hall on 23 and 24 April, followed by his debut with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra playing Saint-Saëns’ Piano Concerto No. 5 “Egyptian” with Matthias Pintscher on 7 and 8 May.
