On 28 August, Javier Perianes will perform Nights in the Gardens of Spain by Manuel de Falla at London's Royal Festival Hall, joined by Gustavo Dudamel and the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra. The programme also includes Bernstein's Overture to Candide, Falla's The Three-Cornered Hat, and Bernstein's Symphonic Dances from West Side Story.

Noches en los jardines de España has accompanied Javier on numerous occasions throughout his career, with performances around the world. From Granada (where he celebrated the centenary of the work with a concert at the Alhambra) to Tokyo, passing through Chicago, New York, Frankfurt, or the Lucerne Festival. In 2011, Perianes recorded the work with the BBC Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Josep Pons.
